How We Work

A clear path from enquiry to delivery.

A dedicated account manager coordinates each order from the first offer through to discharge at your port.

  1. Enquiry

    You share the product, specification, quantity and destination port.

  2. Offer

    We confirm availability and issue a firm offer with price and Incoterms within 24 hours.

  3. Contract & production

    The sales contract and payment terms are agreed, and production is scheduled with the supplier.

  4. Inspection & loading

    Test certificates are issued and independent inspection is carried out before loading, if required.

  5. Documents & delivery

    The bill of lading, certificate of origin and packing list are released for customs clearance.
